Our client is a $500m IT Staffing and Services firm that focuses on the NY/NJ market. They are privately held, very well capitalized, and have several Specialty Practices that complement their core IT Staff Augmentation business.
With solid producers earning anywhere from 250-350K, this role offers great earning potential.
In addition, you will have access to a full corporate support staff of marketing/communications, social media, and proposal professionals to help you succeed. The NY/NJ region has the highest performing recruiting staff in the firm, with multiple Presidents Club members.
The role is remote, with the exception of a monthly team in-person meeting, and offers a base salary of 90K, uncapped commission plan, performance incentives, benefits, matching 401k, and PTO.
