Description

Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Application Development Manager, the Sr. Application Developer is responsible for the design, development, implementation, maintenance, and support of web-based solutions.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom applications to meet the needs of Practice Groups and Business
• Meet with stakeholders to gather business requirements and specifications.
• Develop new solutions to replace legacy systems by leveraging modern programming languages, platforms, and technologies.
• Develop systems integrations applications between business applications against disparate data sources and APIs.
• Follow software development and testing methodologies and best practices.
• Maintain, support, and troubleshoot applications, applying solutions and fixes. Work with outside consultants and vendors as needed.
• Communicate to Management Team project status, issues, and risks.

Qualifications

Job Specifications:

• 5+ years development experience using C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS and ReactJS
• framework
• 2+ years development experience with SharePoint Online development frameworks.
• 2+ years development experience with Power Platform (implementing PowerApps).
• Experience with Aderant Handshake, Nintex and Sharegate development frameworks and utilities.
• Strong hands-on modern SharePoint (SPFx) custom code development experience
• Proficient in SQL including data modeling, stored procedures and views.
• Able to work independently, as well as within a team, and take the lead on projects.
• Excellent customer service skills, and ability to interact directly with clients.
• Extensive experience with the full systems development lifecycle, covering requirements,
• design, development, testing and delivery

In addition:

• Bachelor s degree from an approved and accredited college
• MCSD or MCSE preferred
• Legal experience preferred
