Job Details

Requirements :
  • 4 or more years of experience in Workday security, including configuration and maintenance of security roles and domains.
  • Proficiency in managing Workday custom security groups (role-based and user-based).
  • Experience with domain and business process security policies and object transport tools like OX 2.0.
  • Experience in provisioning/de-provisioning users and troubleshooting security-related access issues.
  • Experience with tenant management, release planning, and Workday updates.
  • Experience in SSO/MFA authentication setup and secure access configuration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities :
  • Lead configuration and oversight of Workday security across HR and Financial modules.
  • Proficiency in applying and maintaining security roles, domain policies, and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve access issues while documenting incidents and actions taken.
  • Manage compliance reviews and enforce segregation of duties within security roles.
  • Coordinate quarterly system updates, feature validations, and release impact assessments.
  • Configure and support SSO/MFA authentication and related security protocols.
  • Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to implement evolving security requirements.
