A globally leading technology company is looking for a Regulatory Analyst and Project Manager to join its newly established regulatory readiness program. In this role, you will review and assess incoming regulatory alerts, ensuring key developments are identified, analyzed, and escalated effectively.
The ideal candidate for this Regulatory Analyst and Project Manager role will have 1 3 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, risk management, or project management, with a strong foundation in financial services or fintech being a major plus.
Please focus on candidates with exceptional analytical skills who can synthesize complex regulatory and legal information into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams. Strong communication abilities are critical, as this role requires drafting concise summaries, providing confident executive updates, and adapting communication styles across diverse audiences.
A self-starter mindset and comfort with building new processes from the ground up will be key to success. Those with experience coordinating with regulators or government agencies and managing regulatory intelligence workflows should be prioritized.
This role splits time between front-end and back-end development, with a key project involving the migration of web deliverables to a modern CSS library. We re targeting candidates who are passionate about product development, clean code, and user experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
1-3 years of regulatory, legal, compliance, risk management, or project management experience;
Bachelor s Degree or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exceptional analytical skills and an ability to synthesize complex information from legal and regulatory documents;
Excellent communication skills with the ability to summarize complex topics clearly and concisely;
Experience coordinating requests from regulators and government agencies;
Extraordinary attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy;
Ability to work independently, manage high volumes of information, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment;
Type: Contract (W2)
Duration: 12 months (with a possibility for extension)
Work Location: Austin, TX (hybrid)
Pay rate: $33-$48/HR
