Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders
  • Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure clarity and alignment of requirements
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, and sprint planning sessions
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by documenting test cases and tracking issues
Technical Writing:
  • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including:
    • User Manuals
    • API Documentation
    • Process Workflows
    • Release Notes
    • Training Materials
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and accessible documentation
  • Ensure documentation adheres to internal style guides and documentation standards
  • Organize and manage content repositories and version control systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in business, IT, English, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in technical writing
