Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst
Remote

The QA Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the software solutions supporting a team of full-stack developers.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough testing of new business applications and features to identify defects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with developers and other team members to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Create and execute test plans, test cases to validate functionality, performance, and security aspects of the software.
• Clearly document and communicate issues, defects, and test results to the development team.
• Work collaboratively in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and methodologies.
Required skills:
• Must have experience testing APIs, Browser, and validate data in back-end.
• X-Ray testing tool
• SQL testing experience
Preferred skills:
• Start-Up experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working on MacOS
• Experience testing on mobile devices (iOS and Android) is a plus.
• Experience with WCAG and Accessibility testing is a plus.
• Experience using test case management tools is a plus.
• Experience in using Applitools, Sauce Labs, SmartBear, or similar test case management and test automation SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Experience preparing and delivering test result reports (passing/failing and identification of defects/regression issues, etc.)
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Business or Information Technology discipline or other related field of study and a minimum of four years of work experience analyzing, testing and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing. Experience must include planning, analyzing and executing testing of multiple applications with significant size, scope and complexity (e.g., Sales, Servicing, Billing Applications).
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience analyzing, testing and implementing business system changes or user acceptance testing, may be accepted. Experience must include planning, analyzing and executing testing of multiple applications with significant size, scope and complexity (e.g., Sales, Servicing, Billing Applications).
