Job Title: Agile IT Project Manager

Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Contract Duration: 12+ months

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Agile IT Project Manager to join our team in Juno Beach, FL. This role involves managing multiple initiatives, coordinating extensively with offshore teams, and presenting project updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a blend of Agile and traditional project management experience, with a strong technical background.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead the project for the collection of data in Jira, ensuring enterprise-level consumption.
• Manage the migration of data from an old legacy system to the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP).
• Define project scope, create estimations, and develop detailed project plans.
• Oversee web applications in support mode, including enhancements and portal integrations.
• Collaborate with business units to identify and implement enhancements.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Present project updates at team, product, and business levels.
• Prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to various stakeholders.

Team Coordination:

• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Facilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Technical Project Management: Proven experience in managing technical projects.

Agile Experience: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodologies.

Offshore Coordination: Experience working with offshore/onshore teams and different business units.

Presentation Skills: Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint.

Technical Background: Solid technical foundation to understand and manage complex IT projects.
Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms.

Data/Migrations Experience: Experience with data migration projects.
Additional Information:

• This is an onsite role requiring presence in Juno Beach, FL, five days a week.
• The position is a 12+ month contract with potential for extension based on project needs and performance.
