Position Title: Front-End Developer
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to design and implement user interfaces for web and mobile-friendly applications. This role focuses on creating intuitive, user-centric experiences and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, advocating for user-focused solutions.Solve complex problems using modern tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies.Align development efforts with architectural guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.Work closely with product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects.Create mock-ups and prototypes; participate in UI design reviews and product demos.Conduct functional and UI automated testing to ensure quality.Continuously improve performance by fixing bugs, optimizing code, and implementing new technologies.Apply best practices in cross-browser compatibility, SEO, and accessibility standards.Develop user-friendly interfaces using enterprise brand standards and technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular.Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in UI/UX design.Required Skills:- Node.js

Experience Requirements:- Senior-level experience: Practical knowledge in two coding languages or advanced expertise in one.
- 10+ years in IT; 8+ years in software development.

- Preferred: Master's Degree
Additional Information:- Responsible for Level 2 support and production triage for web applications.
- Must be comfortable working in an Agile environment using Jira.
- Strong team collaboration and drive to meet project requirements.
- Hybrid role: On-site 4 days per week in Dearborn, MI.
