Dayforce HCM Consultant

Houston TX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or assist in the end-to-end implementation of Dayforce HCM modules.

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.



Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience working with Dayforce HCM (or other major HCM systems).

  • Deep knowledge of at least one Dayforce module: Payroll, Time & Attendance, HR, Benefits, etc.

  • Experience with Dayforce implementation, configuration, or optimization.

  • Understanding of HR, payroll, and compliance regulations (e.g., FLSA, ACA, GDPR, etc.).



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ceridian Dayforce Certification(s) in relevant modules.

  • Experience working with multi-state or global payroll setups.

  • Background in HRIS project management or change management.

  • Familiarity with data migration, integration, or API tools related to Dayforce.
