Job Title: GenAI Content & Evaluation Lead
Location: Remote (U.S. Based)

Job Overview:

We are seeking highly qualified Raters to support cutting-edge GenAI research and development. This role is ideal for domain experts with deep academic and professional experience in finance, engineering, physics, chemistry, or medicine, who are passionate about shaping the future of AI through high-quality data evaluation and content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with GenAI researchers and engineers to define and execute data collection and evaluation workflows
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed, actionable processes for broader team execution
• Rapidly implement workflows with minimal supervision, ensuring speed and precision
• Innovate on data collection strategies to optimize throughput and quality
• Conduct deep research using LLMs to source reliable, domain-specific information
• Generate and curate high-quality content for LLM training and evaluation, including original problems that challenge current model capabilities
• Perform rigorous fact-checking and accuracy verification to ensure data integrity and minimize misinformation risks
  

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
  • PhD or Master's with distinction in relevant domain (Finance, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Medicine)
  • Graduates from top-tier institutions (e.g., MIT, Stanford, Oxford, IITs, etc.) preferred
• Experience:
  • Extensive domain expertise with a strong publication or project portfolio
  • Prior exposure to AI/ML workflows or technical collaboration is a plus

• Exceptional writing skills across formats (technical documentation, blogs, research articles)

• Effective communicator with cross-functional collaboration experience
• Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, NLP, and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with AI writing tools and ethical AI practices
• Data literacy including collection, cleaning, and transformation for model training
