Job Details
Role: Oracle HCM Core
Location: Remote but need to travel to client location (Milestone travel) Expenses will be paid.
Core HR with OTL and Absence or Core HR with OTL and Benefits etc.
Oversee Core HR operations including workforce structures and person management.
Implement and support Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) for workforce time data.
Manage Benefits configuration, eligibility rules, and open enrolment processes.
