Job Details

Role Name: ETL Developer (SQL/SSIS)
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months



JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Guide developers responsible for ETL development, data pipelines, and data warehouse loads.
2. Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
3. Build and maintain workflows for data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and transfer using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL.
4. Demonstrated Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and above including managing databases.
5. Demonstrated experience working with Microsoft SSIS to create and deploy packages and deploy for ETL processes.
6. Demonstrated experience around writing and troubleshooting T-SQL statements, creating stored procedures, views, and SQL functions.
7. Understands different data models like normalized, de-normalized, stars, and snowflake models.
8. Strong SQL coding experience with performance optimization experience for data queries.
9. Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast paced, rapidly changing, and complex environment.
10. Work with team members to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely fashion.
11. Analyze problems and communicate with stake holders to assess needs and determine optimal solutions.
12. Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts
13. Experience using Azure Devops and CICD pipeline for deployments
14. Strong understanding of data structures and formats such as JSON and XML and SSIS Scripting.
