Skill: CIAM Developer - SailPoint
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
- We are looking for a skilled SailPoint Developer and Implementer to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement identity management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring that our identity governance and compliance requirements are met.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize SailPoint applications, including configuration of identity models, workflows, and rules.
- Experience on Onboard and decommission application in SailPoint.
- Expertise on SailPoint JML process and access request.
- Implement and optimize provisioning processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate SailPoint with various applications and data sources using connectors and APIs.
- Expertise on SailPoint REST API call, SCIM API s and building custom API.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to identity management.
- Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
- Document system configurations, processes, and workflows for future reference and compliance.
- Stay up to date with SailPoint features and best practices to enhance system capabilities.
- Proven experience as a SailPoint Developer, with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong programming skills in Java, BeanShell, or similar languages.
- Familiarity with AD, SAP, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, SQL, LDAP, or other directory services.
- Understanding of identity governance concepts and security best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience on working with Server related Certificates and authentication.
- Proven experience on managing offshore team and leading them whenever possible.
