Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) Technical Lead with strong leadership capabilities and deep expertise in SFCC architecture and development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, delivering scalable eCommerce solutions, and driving technical excellence while collaborating with business stakeholders and vendors.
Must-Have Skills
10+ years of experience in SFCC, with proven leadership in eCommerce solution delivery.
Strong experience in SFCC customizations, cartridge development, and integrations.
Expertise in OCAPI, SCAPI, and custom API development.
Excellent communication skills for client and team collaboration.
Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and technical specifications.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience integrating Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Adyen, PayPal, and other global payment solutions.
- OMS integrations enabling real-time order, inventory, and shipping data synchronization.
- Tax service integrations (Vertex, AvaTax, etc.) for multi-region compliance.
- Experience with advanced analytics, marketing platforms, and DCAM integrations.
- Custom cartridge development for regional websites, store locators, and product optimization.
