ITC Infotech is looking for IT Asset & Shipping Coordinator.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with an IT educational background to manage the logistics and handling of laptops and related IT equipment. This role involves safe packing, shipment coordination, and basic IT asset support. The ideal candidate should combine technical awareness with operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack and prepare laptops and IT equipment for shipment in compliance with safety and courier guidelines.
Coordinate with courier vendors for dispatch, tracking, and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of assets shipped, received, or returned.
Perform basic asset checks (serial number verification, labeling, etc.) before dispatch.
Support IT/Asset Management team with inventory updates and audits.
Ensure packaging meets quality standards to avoid transit damage.
Assist in reverse logistics (returns, replacements, repairs).
Maintain shipment documentation, vendor invoices, and tracking logs.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
0 2 years of experience in IT asset management, logistics, or operations.
Basic knowledge of IT hardware (laptops, accessories, peripherals).
Familiarity with MS Office/Excel for documentation and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills for coordination with teams and vendors.
Ability to handle multiple requests and work with deadlines.
