Job Title: ServiceNow Developer/Admin
Experience: 8 10 Years
Duration: 12 Months (Contract)
Location: 100% Remote (Chicago, IL)
Client: Mondelez International (Direct Client)
JD (Brief):
- Champion ITSM processes (Release, Change, Incident, Problem, Asset Mgmt).
- Administer & troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery & CMDB health/integrations.
- Collaborate with infra/app teams to ensure CMDB accuracy.
- Configure/implement new ServiceNow solutions & workflows.
- Develop/support integrations & Service Portal features.
- Maintain documentation, policies, and process standards.
