Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead AI/ML Compute Solutions

< class="" data-start="798" data-end="817">The Role</>As our Founding GTM Lead, you will play a critical role in sales, marketing, and partnerships, identifying and closing companies that need to scale their compute resources or find a long-term AI infrastructure partner.
This is a high-impact, full-cycle sales & GTM role from defining strategy to executing outbound efforts, closing deals, and building partnerships within the AI/ML ecosystem.
< class="" data-start="1237" data-end="1268">Key Responsibilities</> Identify, qualify & close high-value leads looking for scalable AI compute solutions.
Develop & execute GTM strategies for launching and scaling our decentralized training platform in the US & Europe.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with AI/ML researchers, cloud providers, and AI tool developers.
Craft compelling sales & marketing messaging, translating technical AI/ML concepts into clear business value for customers.
Create sales collateral (case studies, white papers, customer success stories) to drive revenue.
Work cross-functionally with marketing and engineering to align product features with market needs.
5+ years of GTM, sales, or business development experience in AI/ML, cloud computing, or SaaS.
Strong AI/ML ecosystem knowledge experience selling to AI research teams, LLM developers, or cloud computing clients.
Proven success in building partnerships and closing B2B AI infrastructure deals.
Ability to translate complex AI/ML concepts into clear business value for both technical & non-technical audiences.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and HubSpot for outreach and CRM.
Competitive compensation ($100K $200K base + commission + equity/tokens).
Remote-friendly with the option to work from our San Francisco office.
