Job Description:

Our work depends on this role to serve as the primary point-of-contact to the Government for all contract, scope, performance, and execution matters in support of the HHS mission. This role will manage a team that supports a complete spectrum of IT engineering projects, platforms, and services, including infrastructure, endpoint, security, and network services.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
  • Overseeing the execution of contract tasks in a manner consistent with service level agreements, industry best practices, and execution standards
  • Serve as the primary point-of contact to the Government for all contract, status reporting, scope, performance, and execution matters
  • Overseeing reporting of performance and execution data and information on a periodic basis and shall address Government questions and concerns as the representative of the Offeror
  • Managing all staff, ensuring proper execution of tasks, completion of work assignments, and professionalism at all times
  • Overseeing the invoicing process ensuring all invoices are submitted in a timely and accurate manner
  • Managing project financials and timelines to ensure the completion of all contractual deliverables on time and within budget
  • Ensuring adherence to and integration with cross-functional requirements and service management support processes such as incident, problem, change, release, and configuration management activities
  • Employ continuous improvement principles and processes to improve performance and track lessons learned
  • Executing program/project plans, earned value management measurements, SOPs, contingency plans, continuity of operations, and other documentation in accordance with HHS EPLC

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Required:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Required Experience: 10+ total years of related IT experience
    • 5+ years of management/supervisory experience
    • 5+ years of experience with enterprise infrastructure
  • Demonstrated expertise successfully managing Cloud (Azure & AWS), IT security, endpoint, and/or networking contracts
  • Required Certification: PMI PMP and/or FAC-P/PM
  • Ability to report onsite in Rockville, MD and Washington, DC to client locations
  • Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.

    - Must have been in the US for at least 3 out of the last 5 years.

Preferred:
  • Demonstrated previous experience with federal health customers
  • Familiarity with Federal Security mandates (e.g., FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP)
  • Experience writing and reviewing Concepts of Operation (CONOPs), Analysis of Alternatives (AOAs), Technical Implementation Plans (TIPs), and other technical documents
  • Experience as a technical resource on a security, endpoint, and/or infrastructure engineering project
  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing IT programs with a total value of $40M or higher

Location: This position will be located on client sites located in Rockville, MD and Washington, DC and you must be willing and able to work at both locations as needed.

The likely salary range for this position is $151,300 - $204,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
