Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead the design and development of agentic AI solutions using LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, open-source models).
• Implement robust RAG pipelines that integrate internal knowledge bases, APIs, and live data sources.
• Design advanced prompt engineering workflows, including prompt chaining, dynamic prompt construction, and feedback loops.
• Build and maintain autonomous agents that can plan, execute, and learn across multi-step tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Guide and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring code quality, best practices, and technical excellence.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and open-source contributions relevant to the agentic AI space.
• Ensure performance, reliability, explainability, and ethical compliance in deployed systems.

Key Qualifications:

• 8 15 years of overall experience in software/AI engineering with at least 3+ years in AI/ML/LLM-focused roles.
• Proven experience with Python and modern AI/ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).
• Solid grasp of LLM architectures, prompt tuning, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques.
• Deep expertise in RAG, semantic search, vector stores (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Experience building agentic workflows, using tools like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or custom-built frameworks.
• Strong understanding of orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow, Ray, FastAPI).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure) and MLOps best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills able to influence and align cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Components, and integration of AI capabilities into Salesforce environments.
• Experience with multimodal agents, tool use, and external action planning (e.g., API calling, function calling).
• Background in NLP, cognitive architectures, or human-in-the-loop AI systems.
