RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in Orlando, FL.
Summary:
We are seeking top-talent to join our cross-functional project management team in the Global Rental Operations division. In this role, you will be you will support Project Managers in delivering successful project outcomes. This role will be focused on coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, reporting status and ensuring effective communication among team members.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and task lists
* Coordinate project activities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of progress
* Schedule and organize project status and working meetings and prepare meeting materials
* Act as a point of contact for team inquiries, ensuring alignment and clear communication
* Support the delegation of tasks and follow up to ensure deadlines are met
* Prepare and distribute progress reports, highlighting risks, issues, and deviations from plans
* Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices
* Maintain project management tools, such as Jira, ensuring up-to-date information
* Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including managing calendars and correspondence
* Facilitate collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment with project objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
* Experience in project coordination or related roles preferred
* Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
* Familiarity with working on cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and marketing personnel
* Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira and Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
* Basic understanding of data flow and marketing concepts
* Exposure to SCRUM/Agile methodologies and enterprise-level application projects is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
