Job Description:
Candidates must be very well spoken and experience working on Google Cloud Platform initiatives.
Prefer resources knowledgeable of "Engineering Excellence " or "Google Cloud Platform Cloud " enterprise programs.
1.) Google Cloud Platform Program Lead- *Remote*- 6 month contract to hire
Must-Have:

  • 8+ years of total experience leading technical projects
  • Coordinate and manage cloud-based engineering projects including migrations and small-scale development efforts in Google Cloud Platform.
  • Own and track Engineering Excellence Standards to ensure monthly compliance across all applications.
  • Lead and document GitHub migration efforts, create and maintain runbooks, and standardize tooling such as CursorAI.
  • Collaborate closely with technical leads to develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and communication.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and practices, ensuring sprint planning and execution align with business and technical goals.
  • Communicate status, risks, and key updates to internal stakeholders and leadership in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support FinOps/ budgeting (Financial Operations) practices by tracking cloud resource usage and ensuring cost-efficient solutions (no deep expertise required).
  • Maintain up-to-date tracking systems and organize large volumes of project-related information effectively.
  • Write and maintain basic SQL queries for data tracking and reporting as needed.
