Description

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in South Jordan, Utah. In this role, you will drive the development and optimization of software solutions by gathering customer insights and market trends. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings align with client needs and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs and industry trends through research, data analysis, and direct client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address programming issues and ensure smooth implementation.
Meet with clients to understand their requirements and gather feedback for future product enhancements.
Work closely with the marketing team to promote software features effectively and accurately.
Recommend product improvements by evaluating specifications, requirements, and new ideas.
Analyze market competition to position the company's technology suite effectively.
Oversee product development and monitor trends to identify opportunities for new solutions.
Provide strategic insights to management through ROI analysis, comparison data, and release timeline coordination.
Develop and execute integrated plans with development, implementation, sales, and marketing teams to bring new solutions to market.
Influence product pricing by assessing development costs and forecasting subscription volume.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Proven experience in product management and relationship management.
Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and cross-functional project management.
Familiarity with HRIS systems, including implementation, reporting, and data mapping.
Ability to assess market trends and competition effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Technical proficiency to analyze and contribute to product development processes.
