Job Title: Lead IT Support Technician - Direct Hire

What You'll Get:
- Full-time, direct-hire role
- Annual salary of $50,000 - $60,000
- On-site work with local travel

Job Responsibilities:
- Providing tier 2 and tier 3 level support for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals
- Managing and leading the delivery of tech support services for various departments
- Troubleshooting complex hardware/software issues and network problems
- Track and manage tickets, escalating issues as necessary
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any authorized peripheral equipment
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong technical knowledge of desktop technologies, IT networks, software, mobile devices, etc.
- Problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in heading a tech support team preferred
- Effective communication skills, clear and concise in all forms, including face-to-face interaction, telecommunication, and written communication
- Must possess a valid driver's license to be considered
