Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects involving custom application development, data integrations, and reporting solutions. The position is hybrid, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays, and onsite collaboration from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom internal applications using technologies such as C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Blazor.
Create and manage data integrations to ensure seamless communication between systems.
Design and implement reporting solutions to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Utilize Git and Azure DevOps for version control and project management.
Explore and incorporate new technologies, including React, Vue, Python, Graph, LayoutLM, and Azure Databases.
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
Adhere to coding standards and best practices to maintain code quality.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance development processes.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on detail-oriented work.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and Blazor.
Familiarity with Git and Azure DevOps for version control and collaboration.
Experience with front-end frameworks such as React and Vue.
Knowledge of Python and Microsoft Graph is a plus.
Understanding of Azure Databases and LayoutLM technologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Financial industry experience is advantageous but not required.
