V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Solutions Architect for our premier client in Richmond, Pennsylvania.

Education and Experience

• Experience working with suppliers with demonstrated benefits to the business through strong relationship management: 5 Years.
• Ticket management experience using ServiceNow.
• Vendor management experience includes SLAs, performance, billing and invoice reconciliation.
• Documented experience with print services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated ability to bring problems to resolution regardless of diversity and level of seniority of those involved.
• Self-starter who can excel in a team environment of an aggressively growing and dynamic enterprise.
• Driven and able to work with minimal supervision and under specific deadlines.
• Skilled in oral and written communication as it pertains to technical information.

WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:

• The Role is the key point of contact for new services, issues, inventory management, ticket management, vendor management, and data for billing purposes.
• Understands asset management and correlated billing processes.
