Location: US (Remote) - PST based client

Experience: 5+ Years

Duration: Full Time

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce functional consulting and business analysis expertise, combined with hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. This role demands excellent client communication skills, cross-functional collaboration, project management abilities, and a proactive

approach to owning and delivering successful Salesforce projects with continuous client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary liaison between clients and the technical team, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and seamless communication.

Conduct business analysis sessions, requirement gathering, and translate business needs into functional specifications.

Drive client meetings, capture requirements, and set clear expectations.

Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions.

Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, including but not limited to:

o User Training Documents

o Technical Design Documents

o Data Dictionary Documents

o Functional Specification Documents

Take full ownership of assigned projects, develop deep domain knowledge, and ensure successful project execution.

Oversee project management activities, including project planning, risk management, and lifecycle management.

Collaborate closely with technical teams (developers, testers, architects) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Oversee project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Manage risks, timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and project standards.

Willingness to travel to client locations when necessary.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Functional Consultant / Business Analyst.

Proven hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Strong experience in preparing professional documentation (Training Materials, TDDs, Data Dictionaries, etc.).

Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong project ownership abilities with end-to-end project lifecycle management experience.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.

Experience in working alongside technical teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).

Exposure to the Accounting domain and related Salesforce integrations.

Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, etc.).

Other Requirements:

Flexible to travel to client locations as per project needs
