SETA contractors provide analysis and engineering services in a consulting capacity, working closely with the government's own engineering staff members. Description

This customer is responsible for designing, building, and operating national security-related systems based in space, in the air, and on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA), Partnership Intermediary Agreements (PIA), and Collaborative Project Orders (CPO).
- Streamline the processes of receiving ideas and helping to engage with the interested stakeholder.
- Perform metrics reporting on the workflow and determine bottlenecks.
- Track technology transfers from an R&D office to operational users.
- Conduct engagement and coordination with other Federal Laboratory entities, as well as academia, industry, and government organizations.
- Engage in outreach activities with stakeholders within the organization to identify transition partners for R&D projects.
- Communicate technical concepts and information via written and oral communications.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Poly.
- BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math with 14 years of relevant experience.
- 5 years of technical experience desired.
- Experience with Patents and Intellectual Property (IP) is desired.
- Aptitude for on-site SETA work.
- Effective interpersonal skills and strong briefing and writing skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Experience working with Confluence and JIRA desired.
