As a Sales Sr. Manager or Director, you will help acquire new logos, selling Services and Solutions to leading mid-market and large Life Sciences enterprises in the USA.
We are seeking results-driven individuals who are self-motivated and eager to be part of an exponential growth journey in the Life Sciences Industry vertical.
The primary responsibilities will include developing new business through consultative selling to C-level and senior executives, prospecting, preparing proposals, securing new business opportunities, and driving sales and revenue growth within the United States. A successful sales executive must be able to establish & strengthen relationships with senior executives, business & technical buyers, and key project executives within the client's organization.
Sales professional with experience selling IT Services in a "hunter/new logo acquisition" sales capacity with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and account growth. They must possess contacts with decision-makers or influencers.

In this role, you will help us:
- Prospecting, identifying & closing new business
- Network with industry leaders, our alliance partners, vendors, and participate in key industry forums.
- Attain established sales/revenue goals
- Coordinate sales efforts with our marketing and sales support organizations

Skills required to contribute:
We're looking for someone with:
- Must have experience selling IT services in a "hunter" sales capacity with a demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and account growth. Must possess contacts with decision-makers and influencers.
- Must have a track record in successfully selling to the Life Sciences industry. Must possess a command of the key challenges that the industry faces and the market trends that can generate opportunities.
- A proven and consistent track record exceeding revenue and order booking quotas.
- Possesses superior client-facing skills; strong ability to articulate, and ability to deliver compelling presentations.
- Prior experience in business evaluations, as well as gathering/analyzing corporate and market information
- Strong closing skills coupled with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client business terms
- Good understanding of the Onsite/Offshore delivery model and the associated pricing structures prevalent in the industry
- Strong value proposition, proposal creation, and deal-structuring skills and experience
- Experience in crafting annuity contracts and proposals
- Collaborating and working closely with globally distributed team members in multiple time zones Establish our client brand in the Life Sciences Industry segment through Marketing initiatives and engagements with Sourcing, Advisors, and key Alliance partners.
