Position Responsibilities
- Guide and manage Uline's QA strategy, setting the vision for testing standards and quality practices.
- Oversee testing efforts across all application teams, ensuring quality from planning through implementation.
- Build and guide a high-performing QA team, encouraging skill development and creating a leadership pipeline.
- Drive improvements in QA automation and processes to enhance efficiency and software reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, including a strong background in QA and software development.
- 4+ years managing a QA department or enterprise-level testing function.
- Proven track record overseeing complex system testing, from integration to user acceptance.
