Job Summary:



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network and Telecommunications Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. In this role, you will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise-wide network, network security, and collaboration solutions, including call management and advanced call center technologies. This role involves both project-based work and ongoing operational responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.





Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Network Architecture Leader to implement and operate LAN, WAN, SDN, and telecom infrastructure.
  • Design and implement call management, call distribution, and call recording systems for high-availability call center operations.
  • Coordinate with telecommunications and network architects for solution design, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Ensure network configuration changes align with strategic technology goals and organizational standards.
  • Execute and manage large-scale network projects including expansions, upgrades, and new service deployments.
  • Maintain the stability, security, and performance of telecommunications and network environments.
  • Uphold best practices in network quality assurance, control, and documentation standards.
  • Partner with the Knowledge Management team to maintain up-to-date SOPs and knowledge articles.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience implementing and maintaining LAN, WAN, and telecom services.
  • Expertise in network routing, switching, WAN technologies, and Software Defined Networking (SDN).
  • Hands-on experience with wireless networking, both cloud-based and controller-based.
  • Strong background in multi-domain network architecture, including cloud-integrated and manufacturing environments.
  • Experience managing VPN infrastructure, preferably Zscaler ZPA, Meraki SD-WAN, and traditional VPN solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Cisco ACI networks and their operation within enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Managed Service Delivery Models.
  • Significant experience with Routing & Switching, Telecom/Collaboration tools, and Network Security.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent customer service and communication abilities.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL certifications.
  • Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, particularly in Routing & Switching, Network Security, and Collaboration.
