Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Support Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.
Duties: Manage, maintain and support applications across different operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations. Provide technical and business support for users of Citi Applications to help the business succeed. Resolve priority incidents by providing required solutions to maintain stability of applications during business hours. Review and develop application contingency plans to ensure availability to users. Assess risk and impact of production issues, and escalate to the business and technology management in a timely manner. Perform design and development review of the code in accordance to the coding standards and adherence to the design blueprint. Design and develop code to automate manual system touchpoints and repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reliability. Handle outages performing root cause analysis and providing architectural and engineering recommendations to the application teams. Lead the team for production readiness, participating in budget management, and handling day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Information Management or related field and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Technical Manager, Technical Lead, Application Support Manager, or related position involving applications stability maintenance and user and business supports in the global financial services industry. 7 years of experience must include: Handling applications in Production; OpenShift, Kubernetes, log analysis with Kibana; SQL, MongoDB; Java, J2EE; Unix, Shell Scripting; Sybase; Relational database management systems and Oracle; Cloud computing; DevOps support; Tableau; Agile methodologies; and Chrome Dev Tools.
