Are you a Workday expert ready to take your HRIS skills to the next level? Join our dynamic team as a Workday HRIS Analyst, where you'll play a critical role in optimizing our Workday platform and driving system excellence across the organization.
What You'll Do:
Administer and maintain Workday Security roles, user permissions, and security groups to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Lead and support Business Process Configuration and Administration from design through implementation and continuous improvement.
Manage data and configuration migration across tenants (e.g., sandbox to production), ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely deployments.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to assess needs, design solutions, and deliver technical support.
Perform audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday HRIS Analyst or similar role.
Strong expertise in Workday Security Administration including role-based security, domain security policies, and segregation of duties.
Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and configuration best practices.
Experience with EIBs, data loading, and tenant-to-tenant migration.
Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Bonus Points:
Workday Pro or other Workday certifications.
Experience supporting HR initiatives like performance management, onboarding, or compensation cycles.
Familiarity with reporting and dashboards within Workday.
