Contract Administrator (Contract Publishing - Ariba)
Location: Tulsa, OK
Employment Type:
Long term contract - could convert to direct hire later on.
Position Summary:
We are working with a local client seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Administrator to support their procurement and contract management operations. This role is primarily administrative and focuses on reviewing contract details and publishing finalized contracts into SAP Ariba. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy and compliance with internal standards, including spend limits, user restrictions, and other contract parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Review contract documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Publish contracts into SAP Ariba, ensuring all relevant details are correctly entered (e.g., spend limits, user access restrictions, contract terms).
  • Collaborate with procurement, legal, and business stakeholders to clarify contract details and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized records of contract versions and publication history.
  • Monitor contract lifecycle stages and support updates or renewals as needed.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to contract visibility or access within Ariba.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across contract management systems.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in contract administration, procurement operations, or a related administrative role.
  • Familiarity with SAP Ariba or similar contract management platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
