Job Description | Key Responsibilities: -
Analyze and document complex business processes and requirements to support service delivery improvements. -
Develop and evaluate alternative solutions, including business process reengineering and IT system enhancements. -
Design and deliver comprehensive end-user training programs, including eLearning modules, to support the adoption of new applications and systems. -
Conduct cost-benefit analyses in accordance with State methodologies. -
Lead or contribute to project planning and execution from inception through implementation and maintenance. -
Create data models and process/activity models to define and communicate system functionality. -
Support system installation, testing, data conversion, and ongoing maintenance. -
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather requirements and explore solution options. -
Conduct special studies and prepare reports on business process and system-related issues. -
Build strong relationships across all levels of State staff, from clerical to executive leadership. -
Apply hands-on experience in data modeling and process modeling as needed. -
Ensure solutions are integrated across multiple functional and technical environments. -
Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them to solve business challenges effectively and cost-efficiently. Technical Environment: -

Imaging systems -
Data warehousing -
Geographic Information Systems (GIS) All solutions must align with the State's architectural framework, emphasizing information sharing, data integration, and network interoperability to enhance service delivery to Tennessee citizens. Qualifications: -
Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis within the last five years. -
Proven experience in developing and delivering training, including eLearning content and instructor-led sessions. -
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. -
Strong analytical, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills. -
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage complex projects. |
