SAP Specialist - IS Oil

York Solutions is hiring a team of SAP Consultants to focus on Hydrocarbon Value Chain Optimization. These are fully remote, contract to hire positions. Sponsorship is available.

What you will do:

Improve SAP S/4HANA in Energy: Optimize processes and configure TSW with a focus on O2C and understanding P2P.
Facilitate Business Alignment: Support sessions aligning technical solutions, priorities, and project steps.
Drive Process Efficiency: Identify gaps, utilize SAP Activate for mapping, testing, and cutover processes.
Manage Requirements: Translate, manage scope, and drive testing sign-off for business needs.
Provide Functional/Technical Expertise: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Configure and Test: Develop detailed system configurations, troubleshoot issues, and manage testing.
Support Cut-over and Go-Live: Provide SME support during crucial project phases.
Design for Oil and Gas: Collaborate on designing and configuring SAP S/4HANA for the industry.
Review Technical Delivery: Ensure system delivery aligns with functional business requirements.
Influence Change and Training: Validate change impacts and contribute to training materials for users.

Minimum 5 plus years leading complex SAP engagements/implementations including all phases of the project life cycle from executing explore, design, delivery, and testing (SAP Activate methodology)
Solid knowledge of relevant business processes in Hydrocarbon Value Chain (HVC) including Upstream, Midstream, Downstream and integration with other related SAP area like FI, TM,MM and SD.
Domain experience with Oil & gas industry (SAP IS-OIL) business processes from the wellhead to the gas station and how to optimize them.
Design authority for TSW topics, IPW, HPM, Ticket actualization. SAP IS oil configuration skills on Nomination, tickets, Junction function, SAP TD/TSW integration experience

Pay Range: $80-120/HR Depending on experience
