Summary:
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer/SDET to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests using Java and Appium framework to ensure the quality and reliability of our mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address testing needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Java and Appium for mobile app testing
- Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks and libraries
- Identify opportunities to expand test automation coverage and improve testing efficiency
- Analyze test results, diagnose issues, and collaborate with development teams to resolve defects
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing and test automation
- Proficient in Java programming and Appium framework for mobile app testing
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in testing mobile apps on both Android and iOS
- Familiarity with AWS cloud-based testing platform.
- Exposure to performance and load testing
