SCOPE
Administrative Assistant performs data entry duties in a busy office setting. This role will maintain both electronic and hard copy files, enter employees hours and assist with general administrative tasks.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- High School Diploma
- Must have previous data entry experience
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems quickly
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Deltek Costpoint
TASKS
- Enter employees hours in Costpoint based upon physical copy timesheets and scheduling software
- Uploading documents weekly to electronic filing systems and maintaining physical copies
- Organize and maintain electronic files and physical documentation to ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Track and record employees leave
- Perform weekly audits of electronic files and physical copies to ensure data accuracy remains 100%
