Scrum Master

Financial Services/Asset Mgmt experience preferred but not required.
Performance metric experience/Flow metrics - planning predictability, throughput predictability, cycle time, velocity, burndowns, completed vs. committed, etc.

The primary responsibilities
- The Scrum Masters in this project include enabling effective performance of the team, tracking overall progress on project execution, reporting project-related metrics and status updates to stakeholders at regular intervals, managing dependencies and risks across teams, removing project impediments, and coordinating release management.
- Candidates should have a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, expert proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management, and experience working on large-scale technology platform modernization initiatives.
- Ensuring overall governance of the team, effectively managing project processes, reporting project-related metrics to all stakeholders at agreed intervals, tracking overall progress on project execution, managing dependencies and risks across teams, coordinating release management, and providing regular status updates. Candidates should have a strong technical background and extensive experience in building enterprise digital capabilities, including proficiency in Agile methodologies, project management, and familiarity with enterprise-level digital transformation projects.
