Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic IT team. This role will play a key part in supporting our enterprise architecture, infrastructure, integrations, and user support, while also driving documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives. This position requires an individual who is both self-starting and adaptable, ready to thrive in a complex and evolving technology landscape.
What You’ll Be Responsible For

Supporting and maintaining both classic and cloud infrastructure environments

Providing end-user technical support across platforms such as M365, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra

Managing and maintaining integrations via APIs, SSIS, LogicApps, Power Automate, and Oracle Integration Cloud

Documenting technical systems, creating user guides, and developing a knowledge base

Administering server and workstation environments, general networking

Collaborating with team members on enterprise architecture planning and execution

Leveraging platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud for infrastructure design

Supporting analytics platforms including Fabric and Power BI
Required Experience/Skills

Strong self-motivation and initiative – comfortable working independently

Highly organized and able to manage multiple concurrent priorities

Strong adaptability to change and evolving technology landscapes

Experience in infrastructure support (cloud and classic)

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, SharePoint, Entra

Experience with integration tools such as APIs, SSIS, LogicApps, and Power Automate

Technical writing/documentation experience
Nice-to-Haves

Experience with Oracle platforms and Oracle Integration Cloud

Background in end-user support within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Exposure to Fabric/Power BI dashboards and reporting

Familiarity with general networking and workstation/server maintenance
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
Pay & Benefits Summary
Base Salary: $125,000
Bonus: Up to 10% performance-based bonus
PTO: 2 weeks
401(k): 10% company contribution
Schedule: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote (Friday)
