Title: Customer Communications Manager
Start time: Monday to Friday (8-5)
Location: Remote EST working time zone
Duration: 12 months to start (possible conversion)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in customer marketing or a similar role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create engaging content for various channels.
- Proven experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot.
- Familiarity with ON24 webinar platform and event management tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Job Summary - Manages the customer marketing calendar, newsletter (allows us to create new segmentations) creates content like knowledge articles, newsletters, and operational emails, and partners with the brand team for additional resources (banners, etc). Creates ON24 webinars, sets up events in Community. Serves as the Pardot Subject Matter Expert, optimizing functionalities to maximize communication reach and effectiveness. Supports the recruitment of customer advocates who can champion the story and customer outreach.
