Job Description / Duties:
In this role, you'll develop programs, processes and best-practice standards to guide engineering teams through issue-tracking and end-to-end project delivery. Design and optimize high-level workflows for ticket management and project operations, ensuring clear priorities, timelines and stakeholder visibility.
Analyze reviews and user feedback about machine learning products to surface trends, drive continuous improvement and inform roadmap decisions.
Coordinate and execute user-study operations from planning and recruitment through data collection and insights reporting.

Qualifications (Skills / Education):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, UX design or related discipline.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Clear and concise writing and ability to articulate project updates to executives
- Self-starter and critical thinker with the ability to establish priorities and work autonomously
- Think and plan strategically, results-oriented with a positive "can-do attitude and a strong desire to get things done
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Meticulously track development progress, bug discovery, issue convergence, and testing - Develop relationships with multi-functional stakeholders to ensure work is completed at quality and on time
- Understanding of both waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Technical understanding of development tools, source control, and continuous integration build systems, e.g. Xcode, GitHub, Jenkins, and issue and project tracking software e.g., Jira.
- Minimum years of experience: 2 years of experience in project management, software operations, user research, or product management.
