We re partnering with a leading telecom organization driving next-generation customer experience through real-time data science and AI. We re starting strong with a few immediate roles and will continue to grow this is a huge opportunity to get in early and make an impact.
What You'll Do:
You'll join a high-visibility team working on Next Best Offer a core initiative using predictive analytics to deliver personalized offers to customers based on real-time engagement data (calls, chats, diagnostics). This includes:
- Designing AI-driven solutions for customer retention and engagement.
- Leveraging NLP to extract insight from conversational data. 3-5 years
- Supporting the evolution from traditional ML models to custom LLMs.
- Working with SQL and Python to process and analyze complex datasets.
- Collaborating across teams to integrate AI into business decisions and operations.
What We're Looking For:
We re seeking early-career Data Scientists who bring curiosity, emotional intelligence, and collaborative spirit. You ll be joining a team that values innovation over ego and communication over technical bravado.
Must-Haves:
- Solid SQL skills for querying and data manipulation.
- Strong Python background, especially with AI/NLP libraries.
- Applied experience with AI in a real-world setting.
- Familiarity with NLP techniques for analyzing human interactions.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Exposure to or interest in developing LLMs.
- Experience in telecom, customer support, or call center data.
- Understanding of cloud-based AI tools (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
Important Notes:
- This role is 100% onsite in Denver no exceptions. We re building a local powerhouse and need people fully committed to the location.
- Open to strong new grads or those with a Master s degree, but professionalism, collaboration, and communication are essential.
