Education and Experience »
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a bachelor's degree, and six years of professional level experience in either or in combination of the following areas:
- Systematic analysis of overall work processes for business or information systems
- Project management: two of the six years must include being a leading team member of a project or project management.
- Required experience also includes at least two years of contract management.
- Substitution of Graduate Coursework for the Required Experience: Any additional graduate coursework in project management, computer information systems, computer networking technology, computer technology or other related field may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis to a maximum substitution of one year.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities, communications, and documentation across the three focus areas of the Data Modernization Strategy including workforce development, data governance, and data and systems.
- Manage Data Modernization related procurement and contracts.
- Maintain the Data Modernization budget across projects and funding sources. Assist with monitoring expenditures.
- Manage Data Modernization resource management.
- Facilitate Data Modernization related workgroups.
- Maintain Data Modernization related planning and plan documents.
- Provide support for Data Modernization related projects as assigned which may include support for workforce development activities.
- Oversee Data Modernization related documentation including associated development, maintenance, publishing, and distribution.
- Oversee project status tracking for all Data Modernization related projects, including escalation and publication of status reports and assist with grant reporting on performance metrics and measures.
- Oversee Data Modernization related communication strategies including but not limited to SharePoint pages, data town halls, newsletters, and program email communications.
