Currently, we are searching for a ServiceNow IRM Project Manager to join our team in a 100% remote capacity.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle for the ServiceNow IRM implementation, from planning through deployment and transition to operations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, ServiceNow developers, vendors, and leadership teams.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, solution design reviews, sprint planning, testing coordination, and stakeholder acceptance.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, ensure clear communication, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Track and report project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and status reports.
- Support organizational change management (OCM) efforts including training coordination, communications, and adoption planning.
- Ensure project compliance with enterprise standards, governance models, and regulatory guidelines.
Minimum Job Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years managing ServiceNow or comparable GRC/IRM platform implementations.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional IT projects in large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Familiarity with Integrated Risk Management processes such as policy and compliance, risk assessment, audit, and issue management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules (e.g., Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Audit Management).
- Understanding of enterprise governance, risk, and compliance processes.
- Familiarity with federal or regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOX, ISO 27001).
- Exposure to large enterprise IT environments with matrixed stakeholder groups.
