Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, maintain, and support SharePoint environments (on-prem and/or SharePoint Online).
Configure and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions.
Perform regular maintenance, updates, patching, and backups.
Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and implement solutions using SharePoint.
Monitor SharePoint performance and resolve technical issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding data security and access control.
Create and maintain documentation related to configuration, processes, and standards.
Assist in the migration of legacy systems to SharePoint Online, including data mapping and transformation.
Work with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to create integrated solutions.
Support end-users with training, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
