Job Details

Position: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Pontiac, IL (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term - Contract W2

Experience: 10+ Years must

Mandatory: APQP, Assembly, PFMEA, Troubleshooting

TA NOTES:

3rd Shift only
Must have 10+ yrs overall experience
Must have experience facilitating and creating all APQP elements
Must have experience troubleshooting assembly equipment
Must have experience in process improvements for current assembly processes

Education:
Bachelor s Degree
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of overall experience
Ability to facilitate and create all APQP elements including Process Flow, Control Plan and Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA)
Strong MS Office Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
Facilitate and host cross functional meetings in person and virtual
Manage priorities across multiple projects
Job Duties:
Providing technical expertise to aspects of production, cost, quality, and compliance to safety for the assembly of fuel injectors
Troubleshooting assembly equipment if needed
Assisting in process improvements for current assembly process
Understanding and walking back issues that occur due to first test pass failures
Creating and updating all APQP elements
