RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Printer/Driver Test Technician in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Atlanta, GA.
Overview:
The development test team tests, certifies and documents results on printers, drivers, and solutions for the customer in their test lab. This role is responsible for the completing the testing, validating and documenting test results.
Responsibilities:
* Test and certification of the printer fleet, drivers and various solutions installed following the documented process
* Multi-tasking between projects, changing needs and assisting with ad hoc testing needs
* Setup new printers within the lab
* Downgrade firmware and reset lab devices upon request
* Install, remove, and maintain printer drivers using the AMP tool as needed
* Communication with the lab lead to report issues found during testing, toner requests and supply needs
* Updating various documentation relating to certifications, toner and supplies within the lab
* Keep the lab clean and supplies organized at the customer site
REQUIREMENTS:
* Skilled in Microsoft Office products, Adobe, SharePoint
* Ability to work independently and within a set testing timeline
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* Ability to multi-task and adapt to change to work through changing priorities
* Ability to work in a lab environment following repetitive processes.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
