As we build out our Identity Access Management (IAM) program from the ground up, we're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Specialist to join our journey.

The Opportunity

You'll be part of a foundational team helping to shape the IAM infrastructure from scratch. What You'll Be Doing

• User Account Creation: Set up and manage Active Directory (AD) accounts for new users.
• Access Management: Assign folder permissions and Exchange access based on role and department.
• UI System Input: Enter user data into our proprietary IAM interface.
• Ticket Support: Assist with Level 1 IT support tickets as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT and HR teams to ensure accurate and timely access provisioning.

• Basic IT Knowledge: Familiarity with Active Directory, Exchange, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
• Detail-Oriented: You're precise, organized, and careful with data entry.
• Self-Starter: You work well independently and take initiative.
• Reliable Setup: You have a quiet home workspace, a strong internet connection, and a professional attitude.
• Team Player: You value culture, communication, and collaboration.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with IAM concepts or tools
• Exposure to IT support environments
• Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
