Job Details

We are looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Engagement Leader based in Greater Dallas to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging with Banking stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

Carrying out Account Discovery, identifying client needs and challenges, and formulating technical roadmaps and technology solutions that support the client's business goals.

Delving into tech issues with prospective Global Banking clients, communicating these to our Delivery leaders, crafting technical solutions, and presenting solutions alongside the Client Partner.

The role requires expertise in digital and emerging technologies like AI, Cloud, and Tokenization in banking. Strong preference for candidates with experience selling digital transformation services to the banking sector. The role offers a straight salary of $200-220k

Key responsibilities:

Lead discovery and solution architecting for Digital Transformation sales initiatives in a Top 3 US Bank.

Create and communicate solution themes that resonate with technical and economic stakeholders within banks.

Collaborate with Sales/Account managers to generate $10-12 million USD in new revenues annually

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in digital and emerging technologies, with 5+ years of delivery experience and 5+ years in a Pre-Sales role.

Familiarity with banking segments such as retail, payments, lending, and wealth, along with exposure to Tier 1/2/3 banks in the US, is essential.

An important requirement is a track record of negotiating at least two deals worth $5-10 million each in the past 2 years, involving digital transformation, data engineering, legacy modernization, and cloud migration.
