we are a Tier 1 vendor for the City and County of San Francisco for Cloud Services, Staffing Services and Training Services. For this multi-year opportunity with a diverse set of needs to address, we are currently focusing on establishing partnerships with individuals as well as companies who can help us enhance our overall service portfolio, cut lead times, and ultimately help us deliver successfully. We currently hold sizable Government accounts in the San Francisco bay area including City and County of San Francisco, San Mateo County, and Santa Clara County.

Mandatory Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a computer related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four or more recent years of hands-on experience in data network design & management utilizing Cisco router/switches, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs and implementation in a multi-site environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation, configuration and administration of firewalls, wireless networks and broadband services.
- Experience with Cisco Unified Wireless including configuration of wireless LAN controllers is desirable.
- Demonstrated PC proficiency
- Demonstrated strong project management skills.
- Possessing working technical knowledge of current telecommunications practices, protocols, and principles.
- Demonstrated experience with current and legacy voice, data and video technologies including data/voice/video communications, video conferencing, audio conferencing, wireless networking, cell phones, voice over IP (VoIP), and telephone switch operations is desirable.
- Experience with radio communications preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Must have a good driving record (less than six (6) active points on driving records at the application stage of the hiring process) and possess a valid Ohio driver's license.
- Must possess thorough knowledge of Cleveland Metroparks programs, operations and general knowledge of facilities, locations, and equipment. Must possess and use professional human resources management knowledge.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to perform math related to budget, contract, reports, etc., consistent with the essential functions of the job.
- Ability to research, plan, implement, problem-solve, and evaluate programs, activities and operations. Ability to discern relevant issues and effectively address them. Ability to trouble-shoot and adopt creative solutions. Uses critical thinking and systems thinking processes.
- Must possess positive customer service attitude and image, dependability, good judgment, diplomacy and appropriate confidentiality to all internal and external stakeholder groups. Must communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Ability to give and receive criticism with diplomacy. Ability to hold crucial conversations when needed
- In order to perform required duties to carry, move, or lift supplies and materials; work with equipment and supplies, the employee must be able to stand, walk, sit, talk and hear, use hands to manipulate, handle or feel, stoop, kneel, crouch and reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to have normal vision.
Desirable Skills:
- CCNA, CCNE, CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications desirable.
- Cisco certification highly desirable.
- Computer certification(s) in related areas desirable
